Packages start at 149 € for 10 edited photos (Silver), 249 € for 25 photos including lifestyle shots (Gold) and 399 € for 40+ photos with drone footage (Platinum). Editing is included in every package — there is no extra charge for post-production.

A small apartment is photographed in about half an hour — without your business standing still. For a villa, plan one to two hours; a large property or a hotel with many rooms takes three to four hours. We schedule around your guests so that occupied rooms stay untouched.

Yes. I am based in Nea Peramos near Kavala and regularly photograph properties on Thassos as well as in Drama, Serres and Xanthi. For locations outside the Kavala region, travel is agreed when you book.

Yes. Every photo is professionally post-processed — colour grading, exposure correction, perspective alignment and retouching are all included in every package.

Drone footage is part of the Platinum package and can be added to Silver or Gold on request. Aerial shots are what show the pool, the roof terrace, the beach in front of the property and the setting your guests are actually booking.

Very little is needed: rooms tidy, beds made, personal items out of sight, blinds open and every bulb working. I bring the rest. A short walk-through before we start is usually enough to plan every shot.

Absolutely. You receive a full commercial licence for all images. Use them on any platform: Booking.com, Airbnb, your own website, social media and print materials.

Edited images are delivered within 5 business days through handover.photo, a private gallery you download your files from directly. Rush delivery (48h) is available on request.

We reschedule at no extra cost. Good light is everything in property photography — we never rush a shoot just to stick to a calendar.

Yes. A regular invoice comes with the delivery of your gallery, so the shoot can be booked as a business expense.
